We drop-ship safety, traffic control, MRO and jobsite supplies to yards and jobsites across District 5. Primes on non-federal-aid contracts get full DVBE participation credit for our supply (Construction Manual 8-405A); on federal-aid jobs with a DBE goal we're glad to quote, but the spend doesn't count toward DBE.
