This is the plain-English version — it's also the only version. Tower Sales and Consulting (the company behind the Tower DVBE brand) collects only what it needs to run this store and fulfill your orders and quotes.

What we collect

• •Quote requests — the contact details, items, and notes you submit when requesting a quote.

How it's used

Your information is used only to fulfill your orders and quotes and to communicate with you about them. Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify, our e-commerce platform; payment card details go to Shopify's payment systems and are never stored by us.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers (such as Shopify and shipping carriers) needed to complete your order.

Cookies

We use functional cookies only — the ones that keep you signed in and keep your cart together. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
