Shipping

• •Orders ship from distributor warehouses located across the country — most items ship from the warehouse nearest you.
• •Standard ground shipping is the default for parcel-sized items.
• •Oversized or heavy items ship freight (LTL); we'll quote the freight cost before your order is confirmed.
• •Lead times vary by item and warehouse stock. If timing is critical, note it on your order or quote request and we'll confirm availability first.
• •We ship within the United States only — no international shipping at this time.

Returns

• •Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• •Start a return by requesting an RMA by email or phone — please have your order number handy.
• •Special-order items may carry a restocking fee; we'll tell you the amount before you send anything back.
• •Damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments are made right at no cost to you — contact us and we'll arrange the replacement or refund.
