Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Tower Sales and Consulting (a California S-corporation), sold under its Tower DVBE brand. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — if you need something different for your agency, ask and we'll review it.

Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless the quote states otherwise. After 30 days, request an updated quote before issuing a purchase order.

Orders & acceptance

Submitting a purchase order against a Tower DVBE quote, and our acceptance of that purchase order, constitutes the agreement between us. Any preprinted terms on a purchase order that conflict with these terms apply only if we accept them in writing.

Payment

Net-30 payment terms are available on approved credit for qualified agencies and businesses. Other arrangements are available on request.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability shown on this site or on a quote are subject to change until a purchase order is accepted. Once accepted, the quoted prices hold for that order.

Taxes

Prices exclude sales and use taxes unless a quote or invoice states otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at invoicing; tax-exempt buyers should provide their exemption documentation with the order.

Product compliance

Where applicable, products are flagged for standards such as ANSI, NIOSH, EPA, or TAA on their product pages, based on manufacturer data. Buyers are responsible for confirming that an item meets the specification required by their contract before ordering — if you're unsure, ask us before you buy.

Governing law

These terms and any sale under them are governed by the laws of the State of California.
